Spokane Restaurants

Looking for the perfect spot for a romantic night out? Our real estate agents are here to offer up some options. Spokane has a truly next-level food scene, with just about every type of cuisine you can imagine, but our local restaurants are especially known for Northwestern fare made with local, seasonal ingredients.

Of course, you need more than quality food for a memorable date night. You also need just the right atmosphere. The places listed here have everything you need: outstanding food and a romantic ambiance.

  1. Wild Sage Bistro - 916 W 2nd Ave, Spokane, WA 99201
Nestled in the heart of Downtown Spokane, Wild Sage Bistro is a charming American bistro and bar that serves a seasonally-inspired menu built on locally sourced ingredients. Their earth-toned dining room offers great date night vibes, as does the bar area, with its ample wine selection on full display. Entrees like pork tenderloin au poivre and sweet chili glazed tofu run the gamut of flavors and also provide great options for vegetarians and carnivores alike.

  2. Mizuna - 214 N Howard St, Spokane, WA 99201
A Downtown Spokane staple for more than 25 years, Mizuna serves what has come to be known as classic Northwestern cuisine. Main courses like grilled fresh steelhead with cilantro-citrus rice and sautéed broccolini emphasize the freshness of our local seafood and produce and are prepared in a simple way that really lets the ingredients speak for themselves. There is also an extensive vegetarian menu, with many dishes that can be made vegan upon request. The brick-walled dining room is charming and romantic, and the bar serves excellent craft cocktails.

  3. Gilded Unicorn - 110 South N Monroe St, Spokane, WA 99201
Serving modern American classic cuisine in a unique below-ground setting, Gilded Unicorn is a fun eatery with a thoroughly enjoyable ambiance. The walls of brick and stone give the restaurant an old-world charm and a vibe that lands somewhere between elegant and whimsical. The menu consists of updated midcentury dishes that are made with a modern twist and local ingredients. Gilded Unicorn is also known for its next-level cocktails.

  4. Italian Kitchen - 113 N Bernard St, Spokane, WA 99201
Offering charming décor, flawless hospitality, and perfectly prepared food, Italian Kitchen is a date night staple in Spokane. The menu offers all the classic Italian dishes you know and love, all made by world-class chefs using prime ingredients. The dark wood of the dining room contributes to the classic feel of this establishment. Italian Kitchen also has a fantastic wine list, which includes a wide selection of Italian reds and whites as well as numerous wines from right here in Washington.

  5. Luna - 5620 S Perry St, Spokane, WA 99223
New American dishes are served in a chic space at Luna, a charming café with a bright, sunny atmosphere by day and a more dusky, romantic vibe at night. Their menu changes seasonally and always relies heavily on meat, dairy, and produce from local farms in the Spokane valley. From salads and soups to seafood and pasta, everything is expertly made from scratch. Luna is also known for having one of the best wine lists in town, and their pizzas—baked at 800 degrees in a wood-fired oven—are on a whole other level.
